We’re pleased to announce that JLS volume 2.1 (Spring 2017), with a special dossier on Portuguese Cinema, is now available on-line. The dossier is co-edited by Clara Rowland and Estela Vieira, and it contains a rich collection of essays from a wide range of critical perspectives.
The issue also includes an article by Niyi Afolabi of Lusophone African literature, Cecily Raynor’s interview of Japanese-Brazilian novelist Oscar Nakasato, and five book reviews.
